Overview
IDC Global is a software development company specializing in distributed database technology. We focus on database and data processing in order to solve problems and improve the performance of the Internet and other networked applications. Our new database platform, dataFloat, offers significant improvements in performance and scalability for Internet and mobile applications, allowing e-business to develop multilingual and multi device applications faster and far more efficiently.

History
IDC Global was founded in 1998 by a number of people from the real estate industry. The aim of the company was to fill a perceived gap in the real estate software market. IDC Global developed applications for large property and asset management groups. In doing so IDC Global solved many issues relating to distributed database applications and from this developed the dataFloat technology platform.

Team
The team is a perfect synergy between technical and business minded people. Our technical team contains experienced and highly skilled database experts. They have been responsible for the mission critical IT systems of large banks and corporations (Fortune 500 companies). The management team comes from diverse backgrounds, including IT, finance and with a particularly strong base in real estate.
