Eileen O'Grady Newell

For 15 years, Eileen O’Grady Newell worked in the family real estate business that served Chicago’s northwest side neighborhoods including Edgebrook, Edison Park, Jefferson Park and Norwood.  The O’Grady family has had a significant impact on real estate in these communities for decades. Ultimately Eileen became the owner and manager of the business that specialized in real estate sales and new construction, and held that position for nine years.

In 2007, O’Grady Realty & Builders, Inc. affiliated with Koenig & Strey and became the firm’s successful Northwest side office based in the Edgebrook neighborhood.  Eileen returned to a “hands-on” focus on selling and client service.

Eileen, who has stood out as a top agent and creative influence on the K&S agents, has now been asked to lead the teams in both the Northwest side and the Park Ridge office.  Her lifelong experience and her years managing O’Grady Realty certainly qualify her to take the reins.  She has a complete understanding of the mechanics of overseeing and managing an entire office and the ability to focus individual agents and clients.
